Responsibilities:

Deliveries

• Safely load, transport, and unload foodservice equipment and supplies
• Deliver to commercial customer locations with professionalism and care
• Ensure accuracy of deliveries and maintain proper documentation
• Travel may include overnight stays for out-of-state deliveries

Installation

• Assist with on-site setup and installation of equipment and fixtures
• Follow client-specific installation instructions
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed for assembly

General Warehouse Support

• Assist with organizing, staging, and preparing deliveries
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor

• Regular inspections are conducted to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of refrigeration systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of parts used and work performed
• Respond to service calls promptly, provide excellent customer service, and efficiently resolve issues
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete larger projects or complex repairs
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with refrigeration systems

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sites
• EPA certification and Refrigeration Certification- Ability to maintain, repair, and install various types of refrigeration equipment
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade, such as gauges, meters, torches, and welding equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.         
• Previous experience as a refrigeration technician or in a related field, such as appliance repair or mechanical maintenance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
• Ability to climb up to 24' ladder and conduct roof work as required

Location: Chicago, IL 

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with convenience store chains (C-Store), food & beverage, commercial food service and other food service establishments to sell our range of solutions to include store & kitchen design, equipment, supplies & service, new kitchen development.

This role is a remote sales position and ideal for individuals with a background in sales and experience in the convenience food service industry who are looking to leverage their expertise and relationships in a dynamic, growth-oriented sales environment.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with new convenience & food service customers within targeted sales territory

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions through consultative selling

· Ability to cross-sell across multiple products and categories to provide holistic solutions

· Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase our products

· Generate leads, follow up on prospects and close sales to meet & exceed targets

· Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
